Krishana Jackson Perry is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Circuit Consulting, LLC. With a Master's in Public Administration from American University and 12 years of municipal and federal government administration experience, Krishana brings deep expertise in policy analysis, program management, and community engagement to drive equitable outcomes. Krishana specializes in evaluation and implementing programs and policies to improve the quality of life, securing grant opportunities, building financial and social capital in diverse communities. Her experience spans local and federal government, where she focused on economic empowerment and evaluation of transportation and broadband policy, and advanced programs in youth workforce development, housing, and arts. A trained facilitator and connector, Krishana is passionately committed to community connectedness, economic mobility, and using the collective voice to make change for those who have been historically disenfranchised and silenced. She is outcome-driven and focused on ensuring projects achieve lasting, equitable impacts.
