Krishana Jackson Perry is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Circuit Consulting, LLC. Krishana holds a master’s degree in public administration from American University. Krishana has 12 years of public service expertise in policy analysis, program management, and community engagement to drive outcomes. Krishana specializes in strategic community engagement, securing grant opportunities, and program implementation and evaluation that improve the quality of life for residents. Her experience spans local and federal government, where she focused on economic empowerment, evaluation of transportation and broadband policy, and advanced programs in youth workforce development, housing, and planning. A trained facilitator and natural connector, Krishana is passionately committed to community connectedness and economic prosperity. She is outcome-driven and focused on ensuring projects achieve lasting, equitable impacts.
